This is the third time I have worked with Brenda Mauldin. The first two times, she listed and successfully sold condos belonging to me under extremely difficult circumstances. The first was when the market was severely down and no one seemed to be selling anything at a decent price. The second involved a niche listing limitation imposed by me. Both times, Brenda made a sale on both condos within weeks of listing at very satisfactory prices. (At an early point in the second listing, when I despaired of my chances of selling to such a limited niche market, Brenda said firmly to me, "I am determined to sell your condo!" And she certainly delivered on this statement!) So this time around, when I was the buyer rather than the seller, I was happy to give her an "easy" sale within days of her listing. But it was only "easy" because I trusted Brenda completely. The building has a rather checkered history, and being a highly cautious and conservative personality, I would not have had the confidence to buy into it, much as I loved the unit itself. But Brenda gave me assurances that sealed the deal for me, and (so far), my trust has been amply justified. In the end, when so much information is now available online to buyers, this is what real estate agents are still needed for - a relationship history that you can draw on to give you confidence for critical decision-making. With her calm and serene air, her salesmanship is more based on giving thorough and useful factual information and suggestions rather than any high pressure tactics, and she exudes integrity. One additional note I would like to make about Brenda is that, as far as I can tell, she seems to have no life! Every time I have worked with her, she has answered emails and texts within minutes of my writing her, and there was never a time when I had trouble with her availability due to other exigencies of normal human existence. As beneficial as this is for her clients, I wish for her some down time! Nancy Park

Being the Board president of my condominium association, I was able to determine which realtors were selling the most units in our building. Brenda was that person. About two years prior to us selling, we had Brenda come over to our condo and advise us on what improvements we should make to make it more salable when we eventually were going to sell it.
